Dynamic marketing capability and strategic human resource management: predictors of performance in Santa Catarina's hotel industry

This investigation aims to analyze the relationship between Dynamic Marketing Capabilities and Strategic Human Resource Management as predictors of Performance in Santa Catarina Executive Hotels. To achieve this objective, already validated scales were used. Capability, scale developed by Desarbo et al. (2005) was For Management, Barreto (2011) chosen, for dependent variable, Carvalho (2012). The data collection carried out through survey technique, along with 259 managers Hospitality Catarina. analysis, softwares EXCEL, SPSS-IBM, AMOS-IBM used gather data. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory (CFA) tests, structural equation modeling (SEM) research objective. obtained results confirm positive significant Capability superior performance Catarina's executive hospitality.
